The usual procedure for preparing citrus juices manually using a centrifugal/auger juicer requires careful pre-peeling of the fruit. The use of the Ariete Vintage 413 juicer allows you to quickly get juice by direct pressing half of the fruit, which is put into the machine along with the peel. Due to the high speed of the extraction process, the first glass of a healthy drink (200 mL) can be obtained in just 40-45 seconds after the start of work. A durable 85W electric drive is paired with a gear that provides impressive torque, which is enough to vigorously squeeze the juice from any citrus fruit. The machine is equipped with a reliable clamping mechanism with a handle and a drop-stop system. It is completed with two conical nozzles for processing citrus fruits of various sizes.
