The Xerox B230 laser printer is designed for home and office use. It handles a recommended monthly print volume of up to 2,500 pages, and the maximum load can reach 30,000 pages.
High performance
The device starts up very quickly from a "cold state" - the first printout appears within 7 seconds after switching on. The printer supports a print speed of up to 34 pages per minute, and the maximum resolution of black and white prints is 2400x600 dpi. The model is also equipped with a two-sided printing mode for documents.
Connection methods
The printer supports several connection methods. The classic method is printing via a USB port. A more modern option is a wireless connection via Wi-Fi, with support for Wi-Fi Direct, Apple AirPlay and Mopria technologies. There is also a LAN connector for sending documents for printing on a local network.
Long life of cartridges
The input tray holds up to 250 sheets of A4 paper with a density of up to 200 g/m², and the output tray has space for 150 sheets. However, consumables for this printer are not cheap - this is the only remark about this model.
