The LTD EC-256 from the Eclipse series offers an accessible interpretation of ESP's legendary single-cutaway design, a subsidiary brand of the Japanese company known for its rock and metal instruments.

This model targets musicians who value the classic aesthetics of LP-style guitars and need a thick humbucker sound for heavy music. The body and 3-ply neck are made of mahogany, and the jatoba fretboard with a 350mm radius features a thin U-shaped neck profile, with 22 types of frets allowing for easy bends and effortless string pressing. The 24.75" scale length matches the classic LP standard, providing softer string tension compared to 25.5" Fender scales.

The classic Tune-o-matic bridge with a separate tailpiece ensures stable tuning and great sustain. Two ESP Designed LH-150 humbuckers (neck LH-150N and bridge LH-150B) deliver dense, aggressive sound with high output, making it ideal for rock, metal, and hard rock. A three-way toggle switch allows you to choose between the neck (warm and full-bodied), bridge (sharp and aggressive), or both pickups simultaneously.
