The controller from Hori, specifically designed for the Steam ecosystem, is not just a marketing phrase but a key feature defining the device's functionality. The body houses three dedicated buttons for instant access to the Steam menu, which is especially convenient in Big Picture mode and when used with the Steam Deck as the primary gamepad while docked. The most unique detail is the capacitive touch surfaces on the sticks: touching with your thumb can activate an assigned function, like enabling gyroscopic aiming—exactly how it works on the Steam Deck itself.

The gyroscope is built-in, with tilt control adjustable via the Steam interface.The triggers switch between analog and digital modes: the analog offers smooth motion for racing, while the digital instantly provides maximum value when pressed, useful in shooters.
