Ultra-compact wired gaming keyboard with ROG HFX magnetic switches and extreme polling rate of 8000 Hz, presented in the ROG line from the popular brand Asus in 2024. The proprietary HFX magnetic switches use the Hall effect for instant contactless actuation, eliminating mechanical wear and allowing for software customization of the activation point for various gaming scenarios—from lightning-fast clicks in shooters to precise control in racing games.
The record polling rate with a delay of just 0.125 ms is eight times better than standard gaming keyboards, providing a measurable advantage in competitive disciplines. The ultra-compact ANSI format maximizes space for sweeping mouse movements, critical in first-person shooters. The Asus ROG Falchion Ace HFX keyboard features built-in memory to store personal profiles, including magnetic switch activation point settings, allowing for optimal parameters on any computer without software installation.
The proprietary Asus Aura Sync lighting system synchronizes with other components in the ROG ecosystem, creating unified lighting for the gaming system. N-KRO support with Anti-Ghosting ensures registration of any combinations without conflicts. Gaming mode blocks accidental system commands, while volume adjustment via Fn combinations maintains the compact design. The detachable cable with fabric braid provides durability and ease of transport.
