Inflatable beds

 

— the main purpose of air beds, like regular beds, is sleep. Accordingly, they are quite large in length and width, sufficient for comfortable placement in a supine position; however, the thickness of the beds is also quite large — this is due to the requirements for thermal insulation. Some of these models have the usual flat surface, others provide some kind of backs or sides.
