— various types of tiles intended for wall decoration and not related to specific types such as decorative tiles, mosaics and panels (see relevant paragraphs). The design of a “regular” wall tile is relatively simple (compared to the same decorative varieties), but it can still be very diverse: a plain surface, imitation of the surface of wood or stone, brickwork, etc. Often the appearance of such materials is that individual tiles can be cut into smaller fragments without much damage to the appearance.

Separately, we note that wall tiles cannot be laid on the floor: they are simply not designed for such an application and, most likely, will quickly crack and crumble under abnormal load.
