Bags

— a projectile for working out the strength and rigidity of a blow, training endurance and honing technique, designed for both punches and kicks. The main difference between a bag and a pear is the weight and dimensions. So, the average bag has a height of about 1 metre and a weight of at least 20-30 kg. The projectile has a suspended structure and is attached to a ceiling or wall bracket using a metal chain or textile slings. The bag itself is filled with a dense, durable and heavy hardware, which can be sand, a mixture of sand and sawdust, plastic or rubber crumb. From the outside, the bag can be sheathed with leather, PVC, rubber, etc.

There are many types of bags: classic cylindrical, conical, pin-shaped, horizontal (uppercut), bananas (elongated and heavy), spherical, etc.
