Pulse mode

— a special mode of operation in which the knife does not move at a constant speed, but in pulses. This mode is considered optimal for difficult situations when you need to cut dense, inhomogeneous products, or deal with large pieces — with the help of impulses, such “material” is easier to handle than with a constant knife speed.
