Vibration platforms

Vibration platform

— a vibrating platform on which a person can stand whole, put one foot, etc. Such devices are mainly used as auxiliary equipment for sports: vibrations increase muscle tone, help burn fat and remove excess fluid from tissues. Some vibration platforms may have additional equipment — built-in expanders or even drives for massage belts, as in classic vibration massagers (see the relevant paragraph).
