Bi-fold door

— the name of such doors comes from the resemblance to a book cover: they consist of two halves that are folded together when the door is opened, and in the closed position they straighten out, forming a single flat surface (for reference: similar doors can be found in public transport). Unlike hinged doors, "books" usually fold into the shower cabin, which makes it possible to use such models even in cramped bathrooms.
