Note that this material can have a different density and length of the pile, as well as vary in composition. At the same time, with a long pile, a new towel looks good and is convenient to use, but it wears out quickly; and a short pile, in turn, does not absorb moisture well. Therefore, the optimal indicator is 4 – 5 mm — this length ensures efficiency and durability. Terry towels dry for a relatively long time, but this can hardly be called a serious drawback. As for the composition of the fabric, there is not much difference between cotton, linen and synthetics; except that the cheapest towels made of synthetic fabric can be noticeably inferior to natural ones in terms of convenience and quality.
