However, in this case, these threads, firstly, are made relatively short, and secondly, they differ in length; in addition, they often have a markedly curved shape. All this gives the fringe a more informal look. Such a garland can be a good option, for example, to decorate a window that needs to be illuminated only in the upper part, without curtaining it entirely with a long “curtain”.
