— one of the popular varieties of VVG flexible cable (see the relevant paragraph), using insulation with increased fire resistance and flat conductors. For insulation features, see VVGng, and in some situations a flat section is more convenient than a round one — in particular, such wires bend better (in the direction of the plane).
