Skewers

— classic skewers are devices for cooking barbecue in the form of rods, on which meat or other product is strung for frying over coals. Traditionally, skewers are made of metal, but there are also sets of small wooden sticks designed for one-time use.

Note that such devices can be used not only during cooking, but also when serving a dish — one skewer more or less corresponds to an individual portion.
