This feature is found only in starters (see "Type") equipped with their own built-in batteries. Its convenience is generally obvious: it becomes possible to charge external devices without turning on the car engine and without using the car battery. Also note that some devices with USB ports are compact and can even be used as portable power banks; such models in our catalog are included in a separate category "starter power bank" (see "Type").
