— chassis elements are the platform on which all other components are installed when assembling the RU model.
The chassis is a structural framework or frame for housing all the components of the model: body, avionics, motors, control electronics, etc. For RC vehicles, the chassis is usually made of durable materials such as aluminium or carbon fiber to provide the necessary rigidity, handling and maneuverability. In the case of aircraft models, lightweight materials (foam plastic, fiberglass) predominate - this is necessary to maintain optimal aerodynamic properties of the aircraft. For drones, it is customary to use light and durable chassis in order to minimize the take-off weight of the copter without compromising its strength characteristics.
Note that the chassis can be supplied either assembled or as separate elements for repairing failed components or upgrading the control unit of the model.
