RC helicopters with coaxial rotors

Coaxial

— in accordance with the name, this scheme provides the presence of two rotors on the same axis, rotating in different directions. Thanks to this, there is no need to install a tail rotor, and in general the design is simpler, cheaper and more stable in flight than when using the classical scheme. On the other hand, the coaxial design is poorly suited for complex aerobatic manoeuvres, and therefore is used mainly in relatively inexpensive amateur models.
