One of the most popular options is parrots and other small birds that can make various sounds — chirps, trills, melodies, and even the owner's voice, recorded and played by built-in electronics. There are even "birds" that can fly and are controlled in a rather unusual way — for example, they fly back when they put their palms under a falling toy.

Also in this category there are cats, dogs and other "fluffies" — they are often able to move on their paws on flat surfaces. However, there are more exotic options, not so cute — for example, toys that copy large spiders. For kids, such toys may look creepy, but for older children (especially boys), they are more interesting than "cute animals."

Note that some toys from this category are actually robots, and they are classified as animals solely at the discretion of the manufacturer or seller.
