On the other hand, a complete set does not always meet the needs of the buyer, and the ability to choose the types of cutters at your discretion, usually, is not provided by manufacturers. Therefore, this configuration option is relatively rare — it is assumed that in most cases it is still more convenient to buy cutters separately, at the choice of the operator.
