— toys that can be used to splash water. They are usually made of rubber, silicone, or some other soft material. If the toy is lowered into the water, squeezed and released, the sprinkler “charges” — water is drawn inside through a special hole; after that, you can splash water through the same hole, sharply squeezing the toy again. Squirts are funny, they are very popular with children — both small and grown-up.
