Flexible shaft

— a nozzle or accessory that consists of a long, flexible hose with a rotating cable inside, which transmits torque from the main tool (drill, engraver, motor) to the working attachment. It allows for fine, precise work in hard-to-reach places—grinding, engraving, polishing, drilling—while the heavy tool itself can be kept on the table, and only the light handle with the attachment is held in hand. Simply put, a flexible shaft is an extender with flexibility that makes work more convenient and neat.
