Wall chasers with milling cutter
— a working element in the form of a characteristic toothed “asterisk”, in which individual teeth are deflected in one direction or another relative to the plane of rotation. Due to this, the cutter does not make a narrow slot in the material, like a disk, but a groove a few centimeters wide. It is this device that is most convenient to use for cutting relatively wide furrows. At the same time, the cutter experiences more resistance than the blade during operation, which requires more engine power and is less suitable for working with hard materials.
