Wall chaser

— a hand tool designed for cutting strobes, grooves and other similar cuts on various surfaces. Wall chasers are only manual — this is their main difference from the joint cutters. Due to this, tools of this type are relatively compact, light and easy to transport, and they can be used not only on the floor, but also on walls and ceilings. For work on large surfaces, wall chasers are relatively poorly suited, but, in principle, they are not intended for this.
