Silicone lures
Silicone lures
— lures made of silicone or other soft material (PVC is found in inexpensive models, but it is harder and less effective). Such baits imitate worms, small fish, crustaceans and other “living creatures” that are attractive to predatory fish species. At the same time, due to the softness, the bait resembles an edible object not only externally, but also to the touch — as a result, after an unsuccessful bite, the predator does not swim away, but continues to attack. And for additional attractiveness, flavoring and aromatic additives can be mixed into silicone. Such material is called "edible rubber", although there is usually no talk of eating — the bait is still reusable.Show
