Sauce spoons

— among the spoons intended for the sauce, there are two varieties. The first is “tableware” appliances; they are served with bowls for sauces directly on the table. The second is large-format distributing spoons used in the preparation of sauces, pouring them into bowls before serving and in other similar cases; such spoons often do not differ from traditional serving spoons (see the relevant paragraph).
