To celebrate designer Oika Toikkas 50th, Iittala reintroduces a selection of the most popular pieces from his original 1964 dewdrop collection. The idea of using droplets of glass as decoration came t more→o Toikka when he was thinking of ways of covering the joint marks left on the surface of pressed glass pieces by the production process. The result is a glistening collection of timeless objects of beauty.
