In playgrounds, the main advantage of such structures is that a straight slide can have almost any length — including a very small one, which is especially important for home use (see "Installation site"). These slides may not be as fun as wavy or spiral slides, but they are also very interesting for children; in addition, if the size of the site allows, in addition to this option, slides of more intricate shapes can be provided — most often spiral.
