Shell

— this name is worn by gloves specifically designed to work with pears, boxing bags, makiwaras, paws and other similar equipment. They are tried on only with projectiles, use in duels is not allowed. The main feature of such models is reinforced hand protection in order to minimize the likelihood of injury during punching.

Note that specialized shell gloves are not produced for MMA — the same equipment is used both on shells and in fights.
