— this category includes gasoline aerators (see "Power"), using engines with a four-stroke cycle of operation. Such engines are considered more advanced than two-stroke engines in a number of ways: they are less noisy, have lower fuel consumption and are refueled with gasoline and oil separately, and not as a mixture. The disadvantages of four-stroke models are high cost, complexity and less power per unit volume.
