Firstly, the battery can be selected by capacity and type at your discretion, without relying on the manufacturer's decision. Secondly, such a configuration, by definition, means that the battery is removable — which means that you can purchase several batteries at once, keep them charged and, when the charge is exhausted, simply change the dead battery to a fresh one. Thirdly, some manufacturers produce universal batteries suitable for different types of power tools; so if you already have another tool of the same brand (screwdriver, jigsaw, etc.) — perhaps the battery from it will also work with a grinder.
