— in this case we are talking about the ability to enter data into the tablet using a finger – like on a laptop touchpad. The pointing accuracy, however, turns out to be noticeably lower than with a stylus, but this point is not always a drawback – for example, most models are quite capable of replacing the touchpad, the accuracy is quite enough for this. Additionally, finger input can be used with some drawing techniques.In some models, this feature can be disabled in order to avoid accidental triggering from hand touches when working with a pen.
