Mini-Jack 3.5 mm
— a common type of microphone jack found in recording equipment. It is a familiar audio jack that can be found on board a conditional smartphone, laptop or portable audio player. External microphones with a 3.5 mm plug are available in versions with two-, three- and four-pin plugs (TS, TRS and TRRS respectively).
