Joysticks for flight simulators with triggers

Triggers

— buttons under the index finger, located on the joystick handle or the controller body. In flight simulators, they are most often assigned to quick actions where instant reaction is crucial: shooting, dropping weapons, braking, target lock, or activating a selected system.

Unlike regular panel buttons, the trigger is convenient because it can be pressed without removing your hand from the main controls. For example, on a combat joystick, the first button might be responsible for the gun, and the second for the missile or confirming target lock.
