Air rifles with firing mode selector
Firing mode switch
— the presence of a firing mode switch in the design of the rifle. This feature, by definition, means that the weapon is capable of firing not only single shots, but also in other modes. Most often, such rifles provide automatic mode (see the relevant paragraph) and/or the ability to fire bursts of a fixed length. However, there are also more specific options — for example, an imitation of a shotgun, when several charges are fired at once in one shot. The specific functionality in each case should be specified separately.
