Cord winding

This function is relevant primarily for snow scooters (see "Type") and is found mainly among them: in other types of sleds, the cord can be held in your hands so that it does not get tangled under the skids, but when riding a snow scooter, you need to hold on to the steering wheel, and it would be inconvenient to hold the cord too.
