Before using the attachment, it must be kept in the freezer for 8-12 hours.The ice cream maker is placed in place of the main bowl of the food processor/machine. A milk mixture (cream and milk + icing sugar + fruit) is poured into the cooled ice cream maker and subsequently mixed with a special attachment. Due to regular mixing, the milk mixture does not have time to crystallize in one piece, but instead turns into a thick consistency — ice cream.
