Dual axis stabilization

— stabilization of the camera along two axes of rotation — most often in roll (left-right tilt) and pitch (forward-backward tilt). This is the minimum format required for more or less effective damping of vibrations and ensuring a smooth picture, without noticeable shaking and “jumping”. This type of stabilization is relatively rare, mainly among compact low-cost steadicams, where a full set of 3 axes was sacrificed in order to reduce size and reduce cost.
