Access to the main compartment is usually provided through a flap with Velcro, and the top of the flap is often insured with a fastex strap. More capacious models of pouches for phones open in the form of a book and are supplied with a zipper. They may include pockets and locks for keys, a pen and other little things that are convenient to always have at hand. Such pouches are attached to a belt or other fasteners based on the MOLLE system.
