On the steering wheel

— mounting the seat to the steering column. This option, for obvious reasons, is found exclusively in models with front or universal placement (see "Purpose"). At the same time, such chairs are usually designed for bicycles with a lowered frame; if you want to use a chair with a classic straight (horizontal) frame, you should pay attention either to specialized models for the frame, or to “steering” models for all types of frames (see the relevant paragraph for both).
