— the sterilizer neutralizes pathogenic organisms in the aquatic environment of the aquarium, prevents fish diseases, clouding and blooming of water. Disinfection is carried out by means of radiation in the ultraviolet spectrum, during which bacteria, fungi, viruses and simplest microorganisms are destroyed, which pose a threat to the health and life of aquatic inhabitants. Usually, the UV sterilizer is installed outside the aquarium in the chain next to the water filtration system. Water is pumped through it. The greater the power of the sterilizer, the greater the efficiency of the treatment of water masses.
