Steam cooking

— a mode for cooking various products using steam. This type of processing is considered more advanced and “healthier” than classic cooking in boiling water — it allows you to preserve more nutrients, and is simply better suited for some products. Steam cooking is found in multi-ovens and multi-stoves (see “Type”).
