Ironers

— an ironer is a specialized device resembling an ironing board with an installed lid. During operation, the heated cover is pressed against the lower half, facilitating smoothing; some models have both halves heated. These presses exert significant force (several tens of kilograms). Unlike traditional ironing, the working surface doesn't glide over the fabric, preventing stretching, misalignment, and wrinkling. However, ironing presses may not be suitable for tasks like fabric contraction and stretching due to heat. Despite their effectiveness, they are bulkier, heavier, and more expensive than traditional irons. Ironers are primarily used for efficiently processing numerous items that don't require intricate ironing techniques, such as in hotel laundry services.
