This particular version features a high-volume casing that allows you to drastically lower its pressure for greater bump compliance and loads of traction on the trail. This particular version brings even greater traction to your plus-sized trail rig with its 3C Maxx Terra compound, comprised of three different compounds of rubber that are progressively softer towards the upper layers touching the trail surface. Ultimately, this produces an insanely grippy tire with heightened levels of grip and overall control on the trail, albeit with a slight penalty in rolling resistance and tread longevity. This means you'll feel like you have unbelievable grip when you're riding at high speeds, braking on sketchy sections of trail, and railing corners.
