Monoprice S/PDIF Digital Optical Audio Splitter (Toslink)
Expecting restock |
This adapter splits a single S/PDIF (Toslink) Digital Optical Audio signal into two outputs. It allows you to connect a single optical audio source, such as the output of a gaming console or Blu-ray™ player, to two audio devices, such as a television and an AV receiver.
Note that this is a splitter, which repeats the same signal to two outputs. It cannot be used to combine or switch between two inputs. If you need to switch two or three digital optical audio sources into a single output device, consider the 3x1 S/PDIF (Toslink) Digital Optical Audio Bidirectional Manual Switch (PID 2946).
