The stone is secured by pegs on the bottom of the grill grate that not only keep it centered in the oven, but slightly raise it off the surface to allow for natural convection heat around the pizza. The pre-set pizza temperature setting let's you cook with confidence knowing you are at the perfect temperature for pizza cooking.
