Classic manual model made with a natural wood body, aimed at fans of the traditional coffee-making approach. It combines a vintage appearance with a reliable burr mechanism, ensuring consistent grinding quality. The metal burrs of the ZASSENHAUS Santiago coffee grinder allow precise adjustment of the coarseness of the beans for various brewing methods—from coarse for a French press to finer, suitable for a dripper or a moka pot.

The loading capacity is designed for 30 g of beans, which is equivalent to 2–3 servings of coffee in one cycle. Ground coffee is collected in a built-in pull-out compartment, crafted from the same wooden body, keeping the entire process neat and organized.
