High-performance color laser MFP from Xerox's popular VersaLink series, introduced to the market in 2023 and designed as the central hub for document management in large and demanding workgroups. The device combines high speed, advanced capabilities, and exceptional reliability. A key performance indicator is the print and copy speed, reaching 50 pages per minute in both color and monochrome modes, with the first page out in just 5.8 seconds.

For fast digitization of large volumes of documents, there is a two-sided automatic document feeder for 100 sheets, scanning both sides in one pass. At the core of the Xerox VersaLink C625 MFP is a powerful hardware platform, including a 1.2 GHz processor, 4 GB of RAM, and a 32 GB internal storage, ensuring instant responsiveness and support for complex workflows. Management is conducted through a large 7-inch touchscreen with a tablet-like interface, and for quick connection with mobile devices, there is an NFC module. The model is designed for extreme office workloads, as evidenced by a monthly duty cycle of 150,000 pages. The standard paper tray capacity is 650 sheets, but it can optionally be expanded to 2850 sheets to minimize downtime. The support of high-capacity cartridges allows for optimized printing costs in intensive use conditions.
