Ground metal detector with a concentric round coil measuring 20.3x20.3 cm. Due to its low cost and balanced characteristics, it is considered a good choice for beginners who are looking for a convenient and easy-to-use technique for detecting metal objects under the ground surface. The device is built according to the VLF scheme and operates at a frequency of 7.8 kHz. The Teknetics Delta 4000 metal detector can detect metal at a depth of up to 90 cm (small objects, like coins, at a depth of up to 28 cm). The device has a discriminator with 8 programs, a sensitivity setting and an LCD display that displays all important parameters and information about objects found underground. The device weighs 1.15 kg and is equipped with an armrest that reduces the load on the arm. For power, a battery of the PP3 type is used.
