SpaceX Starlink V3 Rev4

The third version of the SpaceX Starlink hardware-software system includes a compact phased-array satellite antenna for communication with the Starlink orbital satellite group, as well as the proprietary dual-band SpaceX Starlink Wi-Fi router with support for the Starlink Mesh network and network power. This kit can create a high-speed satellite internet connection with speeds up to 200 Mbps.

Unlike other network access options through geostationary satellite groups, SpaceX Starlink operates with low-Earth orbit Starlink satellites and provides low latency (20-50 ms), which is crucial for direct control of client devices, video conferences, and gaming. Compared to the similar second version, it differs by having a larger surface area and an expanded antenna field of view, allowing for more efficient satellite tracking and providing a more stable connection.

The SpaceX Starlink V3 Rev4 router in the kit supports Wi-Fi 6 and can operate simultaneously in three bands, offering high data transfer speeds and improving performance in crowded networks. It is also worth noting the increased coverage area (up to 297 m² instead of 185 m²) and support for a larger number of devices. Thanks to 4x4 MU-MIMO and OFDMA technology, the V3 router can work with 235 devices, exceeding the capabilities of the V2 version, which supported up to 128 devices.
